Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect during a "Meet and Greet”?

The Meet and Greet allows us to get to know you and your pet(s) in your home environment, and helps determine if we are a good fit. We will go over routines, and collect necessary information for the care of your pet(s), including a service agreement, pet and home care instructions, emergency contact details, etc.

Can you provide a background check?

Yes, we will provide you with a current background check, if requested.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, Zoomies Pet Care, LLC is bonded and fully insured.

What is the process for keys?

Upon a successful Meet and Greet, we will ask for a key(s) for entry to your home. Keys are kept with the sitter during the length of services provided, and are stored in a locked box when not in use. If you are a regular client and do not need keys returned after each visit, we will keep your key safe in a locked box. For safety and liability reasons, we cannot accept keys being in a hidden spot outside of the home. Key pick up and drop offs are $5.

What are your hours?

Dog walking and check-in hours have recently changed. We are accepting requests for early morning and evening visits during the week, and morning, midday, evening visits on the weekend.
